Shopping Online:

By placing and order it is assumed that you agree to our terms & conditions

To place an order by using our secure online ordering system just click Add to Basket to add an item to your basket, you will then be able to view, change the quantity or remove any of the items that you have chosen and also view postage and packaging charges. Once you have finished shopping simply click proceed to checkout where you will be able to complete your order and pay using your Google account.

Once you have placed an order online you will receive an automated confirmation email. We will then check that all of the items you have ordered are available and send you an order confirmation email.

Security:

Website security is one of our uppermost priorities, therefore we have chosen Google checkout to handle our online payment facility. This ensures that your credit card details are only handled by the secure and encrypted Google checkout service.

Stock Availability:

If an item you have ordered is not available we will inform you via email and a refund for the cost of the item shall be given. All items we sell are subject to stock availability

Delivery & Packaging

Your order will be dispatched within 2 days of your order confirmation. (For payments made via cheque please note that goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.)

Postage and Packaging Charges for the UK Mainland

Standard delivery is charged at £4.95 per delivery address unless otherwise stated in our product description.

We aim to delivery your goods as soon as possible after ordering, to the delivery address of your choice provided we have payment clearance.

We aim to dispatch your goods within two days provided we have your order in stock.  Some deliveries sent by recorded delivery will require a signature. We accept no liability for any delay resulting from something being the responsibility of Royal Mail

We use Royal Mails standard delivery service, should there be any significant changes we reserve the right to alter ours accordingly 

We quality check every item that is dispatched, a proof of posting is also retained

We really care about our environment and recognise that packaging can be a needless environmental waste, therefore we try to re-use packaging wherever possible.  

International Deliveries

International deliveries are charged at cost. Please email us if you would like a quote for sending specific orders,  including the item/s code and your delivery address

Cancelling your Order:

If you wish to cancel your order (once accepted by us), you may do so up to the point of despatch. If you do decide to cancel your contract with us within this time, we will refund any payments made by you within 14 days.

Refund Policy/Returns:

We want you to be extremely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. If you need to return your order, for an exchange or refund please contact us first. Please then return your item/s in their original packaging, undamaged, unwashed and with all labels intact, within 7 working days of receipt. Please note that the parcel is the customers responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you send returns via registered mail and keep a proof of your posting receipt. We regret we cannot refund any postage and packaging charges. All refunds will only be paid after we have received the goods in their original condition.

The cost for returned goods are the customers responsibility except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

Please note we do not give refunds/exchanges on items lost or damaged during transit and also items returned after 7 days
